On My Way to San Francisco #C4TK

On My Way to San Francisco #C4TK

At the time of this writing I am headed to San Francisco International Airport to be a part of our latest Code for the Kingdom weekend hackathon.  At 6 PM this evening, over 200 coders and developers will descend upon the second floor of NestGSV in Redwood City to spend the next 48 hours hacking away at new tech solutions to real world Kingdom challenges.  If you’d like to track with the event through social media, follow the hashtag #C4TK.

Here’s a bit about the theme for this event:

How can technology help alleviate and eradicate all forms of injustices, teach about God’s unconditional love, and build a healthier and stronger society?

This May, we want to develop new technologies to transform lives through a holistic Christian approach that combats social injustice, creates a culture of generosity, facilitates spiritual justice and unleashes the fullest capacity of each individual.

I’ll post an update after the event.  If you’d like to catch up on what’s been going on with Leadership Network’s hackathon series, check out these posts on our blog.
